【USAGE DATA】
pH: 6.5-7.5
Bath ratio: 1:4~ 1:10
Temp: 30℃~60℃
The best temp: 40~55℃
Run time: 30~60 minutes.
【DOSAGE】
The Dosage is 0.15-0.2% O.W.F(Depend On Weight of Fabric)
【PROCESSING】
For knitted fabric-Without bleaching:
1. After neutralization, Drain out the water.
2. Fill water in the dyeing machine. Adjust pH to 6.5-7.5 andincrease temperature to 40-55°C
3.For pure cotton fabric, add NCP20 run at 40-55℃ at least 30minutes then dyeing.
For knitted or woven fabric-After bleaching:
1,After neutralization, drain out the water.
2,Fill water in the dyeing machine. Adjust pH to 6.0-6.5 and increase temperature to 40-55°C
3,Decompose hydrogen peroxide with BBT catalase CATANA®CA-300 or CA1100L and run at 40-55°C more than 10 minutes.
4,Bio-polishing with BBT neutral cellulase NCP20 and run at 40-55°C at least 30-40 minutes then dyeing.
【STORAGE】
Keep it cool, ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
【SAFE GUARDING】
If irritation is noted, immediately flush eyes with a directed steam of water for at least 15 minutes, while forcible eyelids apart to ensure complete irrigation of all eye and lid tissue.0
