【PROCESSING】
➢ For knitted fabric - Without bleaching:
1. After neutralization, drain out the water.
2. Fill water in the dyeing machine. Adjust pH to 6.5-7.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃
3. For pure cotton fabric, add NEF®2100 run at 40-55℃ at least 30 minutes then dyeing.
➢ For knitted or woven fabric - After bleaching:
1. After neutralization, drain out the water.
2. Fill water in the dyeing machine. Adjust pH to 6.0 -6.5 and increase temperature to 40-55℃
3. Decompose hydrogen peroxide with BBT catalase CATANA® CA-300 and run at 40-55℃ more than 10 minutes.
4. Bio-polishing with BBT neutral cellulase NEF®2100 and run at 40-55℃ at least 30-40 minutes then dyeing.
【STORAGE】
Keep it cool, ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
【SAFE GUARDING】
If irritation is noted, immediately flush eyes with a directed steam of water for at least 15 minutes, while forcible eyelids apart to ensure complete irrigation of all eye and lid tissue.0
